About the role

UKCBC Dubai is looking for a results‑driven Course Adviser to join its admissions team. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through the enrolment journey, generating leads and supporting the institution’s enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through course options, admission procedures and enrolment processes.
• Generate student leads and work towards achieving enrolment targets.
• Communicate with prospects via calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants throughout the admission journey.
• Maintain accurate student information and admissions records.
• Support marketing and recruitment activities to boost student enrolments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in student admissions, recruitment or education sales, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting enrolment goals.
