Creative Account Manager

About the role

Untitled is looking for a Creative Account Manager to lead projects from client brief through execution. You will act as the main liaison for clients, translate their needs into compelling creative briefs, and oversee small‑scale productions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships and managing meetings, presentations, and project updates.
• Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs, support concept development, and ensure creative output aligns with strategy.
• Lead small‑scale shoots and content projects, coordinating talent, locations, permits, suppliers, and logistics.
• Maintain project trackers, coordinate between creative, content, and experience teams, and keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Assist with business development by preparing proposals, scopes of work, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, creative production, marketing, or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of branding, content, social media, and creative campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience managing photoshoots, video productions, and multi‑project workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE driving licence, Arabic and English proficiency, and a background in marketing, communications, advertising, media, or design.
