Creative and Windows Manager

About the role

The Creative and Windows Manager will lead the design, production and installation of Hermès store windows across the Middle East, translating the brand’s vision into compelling visual experiences for each market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the concept, design and implementation of store windows in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Manage the Design & Production Executive, providing coaching, performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Monitor installation success, drive continuous improvement and foster collaborations with local artists and suppliers.
• Build and maintain a network of regional artists for windows, events, retail animations and campaign designs.
• Maintain the windows calendar and action plan, ensuring alignment with the global communication schedule.
• Challenge and optimise production proposals and designs to meet cost‑effectiveness and Hermès brand standards.
• Oversee the annual windows budget and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Provide creative support for broader communication projects, collaborating closely with the Event and Retail Animation Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role such as space designer or 3D planner.
• Proven track record designing and executing luxury‑brand windows.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and local artistic talent.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and deadline‑driving abilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
