Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

The Social Creative Designer at Grafdom will translate information into compelling visual content that supports the centre’s objectives and engages target audiences across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create images that creatively convey a message.
• Develop graphics, product illustrations, logos and social media visuals.
• Design using hand‑drawn concepts or computer software.
• Select colors, typography, layout and imagery.
• Incorporate management feedback into final designs.
• Review designs for errors before publishing.
• Create PowerPoint templates.
• Design banners and web images for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Produce clean, well‑structured files that are easy to maintain.
• Use wire‑framing and graphic sketches where appropriate.
• Contribute to campaign concepts from a creative perspective.
• Help develop brand guidelines and visual identities.
• Ensure digital/social best practices and brand compliance.
• Proactively suggest creative content aligned with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a digital agency or equivalent environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful visual projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and follow internal processes.
• Proactive, collaborative and detail‑oriented mindset.
