Creative Lead – MENA (Group Creative Director)

About the role

R/GA is seeking a Creative Lead for the MENA region to co‑lead the creative vision and output of its studio. This senior role blends brand, product, experience, and communication design, driving growth and shaping the agency’s creative culture across the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the MENA Business Lead to generate new business and lead pitch efforts.
• Concept and create brand identities, products, experiences, and design systems grounded in strategic thinking.
• Oversee design solutions to ensure deliverables exceed R/GA standards and client expectations.
• Define and elevate creative standards across all MENA projects, ensuring cultural relevance and executional excellence.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration and continuous growth.
• Champion brand experience design, uniting brand identity, product design, and communications into cohesive ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Tech, Experience, and Production leads to align concept through delivery.
• Define AI‑powered workflows, including prompt systems and generative interfaces, for pitches and projects.

Required profile

• Senior strategic design leader with broad experience across brand, product, experience, and communications.
• Proven ability to pitch ideas, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape creative output for diverse engagements.
• Thought‑leader comfortable representing the agency at industry events and publishing insights.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on design.
