Creative Technologist / Multimedia Web Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Creative Technologist / Multimedia Web Designer to lead the end‑to‑end creative pipeline for our two brands. This hands‑on individual contributor will be responsible for turning concepts into live, high‑performing Webflow pages and multimedia assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Webflow sites, including pages, CMS collections, schema markup, responsive layouts and SEO‑friendly code.
• Create brand‑consistent visual assets such as web graphics, social media visuals, presentations and document layouts.
• Produce motion design and UI micro‑interactions using After Effects, Lottie or similar tools.
• Film, edit and deliver short‑form marketing and client‑facing videos using Premiere, DaVinci or equivalent.
• Develop front‑end components with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including custom embeds and third‑party integrations.
• Ensure visual and brand standards are upheld across both entities.
• Support ongoing SEO initiatives, including CMS publishing, schema implementation, alt‑text and on‑page optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable creative or web design role.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code).
• Strong visual design skills using Figma or an equivalent design system.
• Experience in motion/animation tools such as After Effects or Lottie.
• Video editing expertise with Premiere, DaVinci or similar software.
• Solid front‑end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Good understanding of SEO and web performance best practices.
• Fluent English and currently based in Dubai.
