Creative Videographer & Video Editor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Creative Videographer & Video Editor who is fluent in Arabic to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for turning ideas into compelling visual stories across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content for multiple platforms.
• Design and execute professional lighting setups for studio, podcast, and on‑location shoots.
• Make creative decisions on camera angles, composition, movement, and overall visual direction.
• Operate cameras, lenses, lighting rigs, microphones, and other production gear.
• Produce both short‑form and long‑form edits with strong pacing and storytelling.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and incorporate sound design, B‑roll, graphics, and visual effects.
• Maintain organized project files, footage archives, and studio equipment.
• Continuously experiment with new shooting styles, editing techniques, AI tools, and workflows.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Creative, curious, and able to receive feedback constructively.
• Self‑starter who proposes ideas without waiting for direction.
