Creator Community Operations Manager – TikTok LIVE

About the role

TikTok LIVE connects creators and audiences in real time, offering interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of the rapid expansion in the MENAT region, we are looking for a Creator Community Operations Manager to lead the creator community strategy for the Middle East and Turkey from our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy for creator community operations, improving reach, live activity and revenue efficiency.
• Develop operational frameworks based on creator lifecycle and tiered management goals, creating scalable growth paths.
• Identify high‑value creator segments and integrate education, content optimisation, product adoption and campaign initiatives into a repeatable operations model.
• Partner with product and cross‑functional teams to drive key initiatives, enhance operational capabilities and support critical business breakthroughs.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in operations, preferably within creator or community ecosystems.
• Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems with metrics and design effective strategies.
• Proven track record of translating data insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills across product, marketing and other teams.
• Deep understanding of creator growth paths and behavioural motivations.
• Fluent English for communication with global stakeholders.
