Credit Analyst

About the role

The Credit Analyst will support ADIB branches and the DSU by reviewing and processing finance applications efficiently and in line with bank policies. This role is open to UAE nationals only and focuses on ensuring high‑quality credit documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Examine credit applications for completeness, accuracy and timeliness, noting any exceptions for correction.
• Prepare error‑free credit documents and apply de‑duplication checks.
• Analyze bank statements to verify authenticity, continuity, turnover and detect potential fabrications.
• Review applicant financial statements and provide analytical comments where required.
• Check customer status through de‑duplication and CBRB systems.
• Meet daily processing targets while maintaining low error rates as measured by scorecards.
• Escalate complex cases with full analysis and recommendations for senior decision‑making.
• Stay up‑to‑date with ADIB products, policies and procedures and suggest system enhancements.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum three years of practical banking experience, preferably in finance and credit.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver accurate results.
