About the role

Join the Five Guys team at Dubai International Airport and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will be trained across multiple stations, from grill and fries to cashier and hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑level customer service in a clean, safe environment.
• Resolve simple customer queries and refer complex issues to managers.
• Maintain brand standards and complete Five Guys University training.
• Restock workstations, keep restroom and terrace areas tidy, and perform daily cleaning tasks.
• Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, and food‑safety protocols.
• Accurately operate the cash register and safeguard company assets.
• Support teammates across all restaurant functions.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service‑crew or similar role.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
