About the role

We are looking for a motivated Crew Member to join our Five Guys restaurant at City Walk, Dubai. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by working across various stations in the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑level customer service in a clean and safe environment.
Operate stations such as grill, fries, expo, cashier, preparation, and buns & dressings.
Handle simple customer queries and refer complex issues to managers.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, restrooms, and terrace, and restock supplies.
Follow brand standards, food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols, and Five Guys University training.
Accurately operate the cash register and safeguard company assets.
Support team members and perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in a service crew or similar role.
Strong commitment to punctuality, uniform standards and teamwork.
