CRM Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CRM Coordinator to join Aman’s Dubai corporate office. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM activities across the Aman Group, helping to enhance guest engagement, loyalty and revenue for our ultra‑luxury hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CRM Manager in implementing the global CRM strategy, campaign calendar and customer‑engagement roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to translate CRM briefs into creative briefs that meet brand standards.
• Build, manage and optimise responsive email templates within the CRM platform.
• Execute audience segmentation, personalisation and dynamic content for targeted campaigns.
• Conduct testing, quality assurance and proofing before campaign deployment.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates and conversions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of automated customer journeys across the guest lifecycle.
• Maintain audience data, preferences, suppression lists and overall CRM data quality, including VIP communications.
• Assist with CRM platform administration, workflow management, troubleshooting and rollout of new capabilities while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation, preferably in luxury hospitality or a premium consumer brand.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in email campaign deployment, audience segmentation and customer‑journey execution.
• Knowledge of GDPR and internal data‑governance standards.
