CRM Coordinator

About the role

The CRM Coordinator will be based in Aman Group’s Dubai corporate office, supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM activity across the global brand. Reporting to the CRM Manager, the role delivers email campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation and CRM operations that drive guest engagement, loyalty and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the global CRM strategy, campaign calendar and customer‑engagement roadmap.
• Build, manage and optimise responsive email templates within the CRM platform.
• Execute audience segmentation, personalisation and dynamic‑content strategies.
• Conduct thorough testing, quality‑assurance and proofing before campaign deployment.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates and conversions.
• Maintain audience data, preferences, suppression lists and overall CRM data quality while supporting VIP communications.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation, preferably in luxury hospitality or a premium consumer brand.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar marketing‑automation platforms.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM systems for campaign deployment and audience segmentation.
