About the role

The Culinary Development Senior Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the development and refinement of menus by assisting with recipe testing, documenting cooking procedures, and ensuring consistency in presentation and flavour.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen trials and maintain accurate records of product specifications.
• Assist with project timelines for new menu launches and support communication between kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
• Organise files, prepare reports, and ensure new offerings align with quality and nutrition standards.
• Research new ingredients and trends, organise tastings, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Document cooking procedures and ensure consistency in presentation and flavour.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities to support menu development and ingredient sourcing.
• Proven administrative assistance experience, including organising documentation and preparing reports.
• Project management skills to coordinate timelines, tasks, and cross‑functional activities.
• Prior experience in culinary, food service, or hospitality environments and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
