About the role
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai, supporting clients in the aluminium and façade industry. The role focuses on handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with Project, Sales, Production, and Site teams to meet customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project or work status.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and follow‑ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the aluminium, glass & façade industry in the UAE (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Strong coordination and follow‑up skills.
- Professional, organized, and customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month.
