About the role

The Customer Care Representative will be the voice of Club L London, delivering exceptional support to our global community of fashion‑forward customers. Working from our Dubai headquarters, you will handle enquiries across email, live chat and social media, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values and drives customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers on email, live chat and social media, providing timely and empathetic assistance.
• Track orders, manage pre‑order updates and follow‑ups, and communicate order status.
• Provide professional, brand‑aligned communication while escalating critical issues to relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall customer experience.
• Act as a product and policy expert, offering advice and guidance to customers.
• Maintain KPI‑driven performance, ensuring targets for response time and satisfaction are met.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with clear, accurate spelling and grammar.
• Empathetic and proactive attitude, taking initiative to resolve issues.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fast and accurate typing speed of 50+ WPM.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who can collaborate across departments.
