Customer Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Engagement Coordinator will deliver an exceptional experience for flydubai passengers across all digital channels. You will actively engage with customers, premium assistance clients, media and service providers, resolving issues promptly and fostering positive interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and third‑party interactions in real time across digital channels.
• Act as a liaison on all digital platforms, answering questions and offering solutions to complaints and enquiries.
• Represent the flydubai brand with clear, accurate and positive communication in line with brand values and quality standards.
• Interpret and resolve issues quickly, escalating when necessary and following up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor and support digital channels to maintain the airline’s reputation.
• Manage customer settlement processes through to completion.
• Maintain and update templates, guidelines and knowledge‑base content.
• Record all interactions accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Participate in operational updates during regular and irregular operations, disruptions or incidents.
• Stay informed on industry trends and complete required training for continuous professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in the travel industry, customer service or social‑media engagement (0‑4 years).
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, personal accountability and resilience.
• Compliance with ISR policies and completion of ISR awareness sessions.
