Customer Experience Executive – B2B & VIP Support

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join a leading transportation services provider in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering premium support to B2B and VIP clients, ensuring every reservation runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and bookings via chat, phone, email and internal systems.
• Process high‑end reservations, including amendments, cancellations and last‑minute requests.
• Manage live enquiries through the online chat function with fast response times.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to fulfil bookings and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date booking data in the system.
• Identify recurring issues and propose service improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, reservations or customer support role (B2B preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Solution‑focused mindset and proactive attitude.
• Team player who collaborates across departments.
• Willingness to work night/evening shifts in Dubai.
