Customer Growth Executive

About the role

As a Customer Growth Executive at Infobip, you will be responsible for the growth, retention and overall success of Tier 1 customers. You will build trusted relationships, understand client business needs and drive measurable growth through adoption, cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients, conducting regular meetings and sharing Infobip strategy and roadmap.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical expectations, handling technical escalations and product adoption.
• Coordinate internal teams (Customer Success, Platform Operations, Revenue Assurance) to deliver optimal solutions.
• Understand client structures and decision‑making processes for new solution implementation.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs such as gross profit, margin percentage and cross‑sell targets.
• Ensure proper account set‑up, route management, sender registration and content‑filter configuration.
• Monitor financial health, collections and netting to minimise risk.
• Analyse and forecast client traffic, taking proactive actions to sustain growth.
