Customer Lifecycle Manager

About the role

The Customer Lifecycle Manager will lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end communication strategies that guide customers from onboarding through retention across Al‑Futtaim’s financial services, retail and automotive finance businesses. The role focuses on delivering personalized experiences, driving digital sales and increasing overall customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle communication plans covering onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Partner with lifestyle alliances and partnership teams to embed offers into customer journeys.
• Create and manage personalized communication flows that support digital sales initiatives.
• Analyse performance metrics to continuously optimise engagement strategies and improve satisfaction.
• Ensure all communications comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share insights and align customer management strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in customer engagement, lifecycle communication or related fields.
• Experience working with ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW), retail or automotive finance customers.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
