Customer Offerings & Planning Executive – MIS & Business Analyst

About the role

Al-Futtaim Technologies is seeking a Customer Offerings & Planning Executive to act as a MIS Executive/Business Analyst for its national Aftersales operations. You will ensure seamless SAP system performance, accurate master‑data management and rapid resolution of service‑centre issues, driving operational efficiency across all service locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Aftersales service staff by troubleshooting SAP and system‑related queries.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Finance and IT teams to analyse issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain SAP master data, backend tables and ensure accurate data integration.
• Manage PDI package creation, resolve package‑related problems and keep updates timely.
• Support appointment and time‑clocking systems through precise master‑data updates.
• Reduce work‑in‑progress by promptly fixing front‑end issues such as invoice errors, staff discounts and package failures.
• Enable smooth invoicing processes across all service locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar MIS, pricing or business‑analysis role.
• Graduate or diploma holder; automotive background preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IS‑Auto and ERP environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
