Customer Order Management Representative

About the role

Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) is seeking a Customer Order Management Representative for its Dubai office (Jebel Ali Free Zone) to support EU/Antwerp order operations. The role is 100% dedicated to handling inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer order processing for EU/Antwerp operations, including order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor daily order flows using tools such as Ordereye and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Business Central.
• Liaise with warehouse teams and logistics partners to guarantee timely, cost‑effective outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse colleagues to align order fulfilment with supply and demand.
• Apply quality checks to improve outbound order entry and reduce recurring errors.
• Provide backup coverage for the Antwerp order desk during peak periods and absences.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as order accuracy and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer order management, order processing or logistics support.
• Exposure to international import/export processes; GTR or duty‑free experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft Business Central ERP systems.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with order‑tracking tools such as Ordereye.
