Customer Relations Consultant

About the role

The Customer Relations Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for all customer complaints, ensuring fair and consistent handling in line with regulatory requirements. Based in Dubai, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating across Bupa Global’s departments to protect profitability while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end complaint management, acting as the central hub for internal and external queries.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather relevant data, and assess outcomes impartially.
• Communicate clear, transparent decisions and implement agreed remedial actions promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure data protection, regulatory reporting, and documentation standards.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, identify trends, and recommend service improvements.
• Contribute to reporting, quality assurance, training, and ongoing competency development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant UAE customer service experience.
• Experience handling complaints in the UAE is preferred.
