Customer Sales Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Sales Support Executive to join our Dubai‑based team. In this full‑time role you will act as the primary liaison between our sales department and clients, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email, delivering timely and professional assistance.
• Process orders, prepare quotations and issue invoices accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to help achieve their targets.
• Maintain and update client records and sales data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain teams to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, aiming for satisfactory outcomes.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
• Deliver after‑sales support to nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
