Customer Service Associate – Retail (M&S)

About the role
The Customer Service Associate plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to shoppers at the M&S store in Ras Al Khaimah. You will support sales, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations while handling customer inquiries and transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, address basic complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.
- Receive shipments, restock shelves, and help manage inventory levels.
- Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register, process payments accurately and keep the checkout area organized.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail for store organization and visual standards.
- Experience handling cash and operating a register.
