Customer Service Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will work in the Abu Dhabi branch of RAKBANK, providing high‑quality service to both external and internal customers. The role focuses on executing branch tasks accurately, guiding customers through banking queries, and supporting the branch’s digital migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all branch operational tasks within defined timescales while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Deliver guidance and advice to customers, ensuring queries are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Manage and dispense a range of banking deliverables such as debit/credit cards, digital access cards, statements, and various letters and certificates.
• Adhere to the bank’s Service Standards and regulatory requirements, including Business Continuity procedures.
• Promote digital migration by encouraging customers to use digital channels for banking services.
• Support the Line Manager in day‑to‑day branch operations and coordinate project‑related requests from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and act as a team player to enhance department performance.

Required profile

• UAE national with the right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Ability to follow well‑defined policies and procedures under direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling banking documents.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to digital banking tools and processes.
