Customer Service Representative – Al Hamra Mall

About the role

Join Aldar Retail Management as a Customer Service Representative at Al Hamra Mall, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors. You will deliver a signature guest experience, assist with inquiries, and support daily mall operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all mall visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer questions about stores, events, promotions, and services in person, by phone, and via email.
• Guide guests with clear directions to stores, facilities, and amenities.
• Handle feedback, questions, and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Manage lost‑and‑found procedures and assist guests with special needs.
• Monitor mall areas for safety or cleanliness issues and report to management.
• Distribute promotional materials and support in‑mall activations.
• Maintain petty‑cash records and perform end‑of‑day reconciliations.
• Liaise with retailers and tenants, gathering and relaying their service‑related requests.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive customer‑service experience, preferably in a shopping‑mall, retail, luxury, or hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a proactive, guest‑first attitude.
