Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

About the role

e& Cx Solutions is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑oriented individuals to join its Call Center team in Ajman. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for inbound callers, delivering fast, accurate and friendly assistance while representing the brand.

Required profile

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage.
