Customer Service Representative – Dubai

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will handle front‑line communications with clients, addressing product or service inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate contact records across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly via phone, email or chat.
• Identify concerns, troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Document interactions, feedback and ticket updates in the central database.
• Escalate complex requests to appropriate internal teams while tracking progress.
• Build positive rapport to enhance customer retention and brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, call centre or client support.
• Currently residing in Dubai and available to join immediately or with short notice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Basic database data entry.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• General computer application proficiency.
