About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused individual to join our team in Dubai as a Customer Service Representative. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests through phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Gulf market.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
