Customer Service Representative – Dubai Showroom

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will provide both virtual and in‑person support to Middle‑East and French‑speaking customers. Based in the Dubai showroom, the role combines order processing, customer communication and showroom management to deliver a world‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain orders, confirm delivery details and coordinate with transportation partners.
• Monitor inventory, analyse stock positions and proactively address customer concerns.
• Resolve routine enquiries, suggest alternatives and ensure first‑contact resolution.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, manage the sample library, café supplies and vendor services.
• Greet visitors, present products, process sample requests and provide literature when sales staff are unavailable.
• Support the sales team by updating Salesforce (SFDC), creating quotes and generating project reports.

Required profile

• Strong desire to deliver world‑class customer service with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to work in the UAE.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience in a sales or premium hospitality environment.
• Preferred knowledge of French or German.
