Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai team. The role is client‑facing, requiring excellent communication across multiple channels and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients in person, via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain high service quality and support client retention initiatives.
• Manage business‑unit operations, including orders, sales transactions, client affairs, financial matters, administrative tasks, and property maintenance.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Handle client complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong client‑service background from BPO, high‑end retail, or 5‑star hospitality.
• Excellent English communication skills with a refined accent.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with high‑profile clients.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and effective problem‑solver.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and good physical health.
