About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues and supporting sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and competitors' products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Required profile
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Professional attitude and teamwork mindset.
- Open to Asian candidates (male or female).
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
