Customer Service Representative – Mall Frontline (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Deerfields Mall is looking for three front‑line Customer Service Representatives to be the friendly face that welcomes and assists shoppers. This on‑site role involves greeting guests, answering queries, and helping visitors navigate the mall’s services and events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing warm greetings and directions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Provide information on mall services, promotions, store locations, and upcoming events.
• Support mall operations during peak hours, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
• Coordinate with various departments and retail staff to ensure guest concerns are resolved promptly.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence at the information desk and while walking the floor.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) for daily communication with the local community.
• Good command of English to assist international guests.
• Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Professional, presentable demeanor reflecting the mall’s standards.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
