Call Center Agent – Healthcare Support

About the role

A healthcare organization in Dubai is looking for a customer‑focused Call Center Agent. The role involves providing patient support, handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling medical appointments while maintaining professional communication standards. The successful candidate will protect patient privacy and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing patient telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, department locations, and facility policies.
• Schedule, confirm, update, and manage patient appointment rosters.
• Log patient interactions, call details, and service logs accurately into internal databases.
• Coordinate with internal healthcare units and escalate complex medical inquiries to appropriate supervisors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality during all communications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting (advantageous).
• Prior healthcare support experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic database management.
• Experience with phone switchboards.
• Familiarity with digital scheduling tools.
