Customer Service Representative & Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative who will also manage front‑desk operations in a busy polyclinic. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with patients, converting inquiries into appointments, and supporting the clinic’s cross‑selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer centre team and reception staff to boost lead conversion rates.
• Welcome walk‑in patients warmly and handle appointment scheduling, registration, and front‑desk management.
• Promote and cross‑sell dermatology, dental, and laser services based on patient needs.
• Persuade patients to follow doctors’ treatment plans through professional consultation and follow‑up.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, providing prompt and accurate information.
• Enter and maintain data across CRM and clinic management platforms, ensuring accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet patient requirements and achieve service quality targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in a polyclinic or similar environment in Dubai.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Data‑entry accuracy across multiple platforms.
