Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

About the role

Join Gallagher Security in Dubai as a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist. You will be the main point of contact for channel partners, customers and internal sales teams, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end experience from order entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process channel‑partner orders and prepare accurate sales quotations.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing clear updates and timely resolutions.
• Escalate technical queries to the Technical Support team when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and freight providers to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare invoices, shipping information, export documentation, credits and debits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer, contact and interaction records in Gallagher’s CRM systems.
• Generate and update licences and card‑encoding files for customers.
• Monitor consignment tracking, distributor forecasts, third‑party orders and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in customer service, sales support or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
