About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service & Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide timely, accurate assistance across multiple channels, helping to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Identify recurring problems and report trends to management.
- Support overall customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Comfortable using support software and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable remote work setup.
