Customer Solutions Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to join our Customer Solutions team in Dubai. The role combines telecom expertise, machine‑learning knowledge and data‑driven problem solving to deliver high‑quality Wi‑Fi networking solutions for our most valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑value customers, building strong relationships across business and technical teams.
• Educate, train and support clients to maximise utilisation of our product suite.
• Troubleshoot complex business and technical issues, escalating internally when required.
• Engage with C‑level executives to understand and address strategic needs.
• Partner with sales to review account health, identify growth opportunities and support pre‑sales activities.
• Advocate for customer requirements within the company and participate in customer meetings.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, analysis and dashboard creation, improving efficiency and insight delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom RF and machine‑learning environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
