Customer Success Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

APRIL is looking for a driven Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with wealth‑management partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding partners through onboarding, implementation and ongoing collaboration to ensure retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage APRIL’s most critical wealth‑management partnerships and drive joint initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a best‑in‑class partner management model.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tax, product, engineering) to shape and execute client strategies.
• Identify and engage internal champions, communicating APRIL’s value proposition.
• Navigate banks and issuers to close deals that support partnership goals.

Required profile

• Experience in partner management, business development or a related role within financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, product‑centric environment.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of seeing projects through to completion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wealth‑management or financial‑services ecosystems.
• Familiarity with tax or accounting concepts (optional).
