Customer Success Representative

About the role

Sportify Academy is a leading sports talent identification and development centre in Dubai. The Customer Success Representative will own the end‑to‑end client journey, ensuring families and athletes receive seamless support from booking through to development plan delivery and long‑term engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from booking confirmation through the full development journey.
• Conduct pre‑assessment confirmation calls and coordinate post‑assessment development plans.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with active clients, proactively identifying and mitigating satisfaction risks.
• Drive the referral and testimonial programme to build a community of brand advocates.
• Handle complaints and requests professionally, meeting agreed response standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client relations with ownership of NPS or satisfaction metrics.
• Experience handling complex or sensitive client conversations with calm, empathy, and solution focus.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple active client relationships without gaps.
• Strong communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage; proficient in professional WhatsApp communication.
• Genuine interest in sports, youth development, or family services.
