About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Customer Support Specialist to handle international client inquiries via phone and email. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage international customer service inquiries through phone and email.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance and quality standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
