Data & AI Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Data & AI Account Manager will drive the promotion and sales of MAGNOOS' data and artificial intelligence solutions across the Dubai market. Working closely with partners and clients, the role focuses on expanding revenue streams and strengthening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for assigned data & AI product lines in line with company objectives.
• Lead partner relations and align them with the company’s overall strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit and payment performance monitoring.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the full product/service portfolio.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee targeted marketing programs, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company and its services within the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in account management or sales, preferably within data or AI solutions.

Required skills

• Strong relationship‑building and channel management abilities.
• Proven capability to manage the full sales cycle from quotation to collection.
• Experience in market research, forecasting and reporting.
