Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead to drive enterprise‑wide Data, Analytics and AI initiatives, from solution shaping and planning through implementation and operationalisation. The role blends deep technical understanding with delivery leadership, executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams—including architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers and developers—to deliver complex Data, Analytics and AI solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with senior executives, customers and vendors to translate business priorities into executable initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify additional Data & AI opportunities within engagements, support solution development, proposals and pre‑sales activities, and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Engineering, IT or related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
• 10‑15 years of experience in technology consulting, Data & AI solution delivery, and digital transformation, including large‑scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven ability to manage senior and CXO‑level stakeholders and to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms, analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, OCI or GCP.
• Expertise in integrations, APIs and AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
