Data Analysis Management Specialist

About the role

Join a growing analytics function within a leading public‑sector healthcare organisation. You will work closely with clinical, operational, financial and technology teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse healthcare, operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment.
• Partner with data engineers, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights that enable strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and organisational effectiveness.
• Document analytical methodologies, processes and data‑governance practices.
• Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests and provide timely reporting support to leadership teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, data science, statistics or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
