About the role

Join TikTok’s MENAT LIVE Eco Growth & Governance Team in Dubai as a Data Analyst. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that shape the growth strategy for the LIVE creator ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Handle large, complex datasets and solve technical and statistical challenges.
• Design and maintain an indicator framework to monitor product health and track core metrics.
• Promote data‑driven decision making by initiating experiments and measuring their impact.
• Validate hypotheses, uncover growth opportunities, and influence product improvements through rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology or a related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong analytical, causal‑reasoning and statistical accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for social‑media products and fluency in English.
