Data Analyst – Operations (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations team in Dubai. You will transform complex data sets into actionable insights that support business decisions across our hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Power BI to identify trends, generate reports, and create visualizations.
• Validate, cleanse, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
• Build and maintain dashboards, prototypes, and end‑to‑end data pipelines.
• Support data‑literacy initiatives to improve self‑service capabilities for business teams.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with Data Engineers to resolve issues.
• Assist senior analysts with ad‑hoc projects, data blending, quality assurance, and presentation decks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proactive team player with good communication abilities.
