About the role

Join TikTok's Measurement team as a Data Analyst Project Intern and work on short‑term, high‑impact projects that help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, applying data‑driven insights to real‑world advertising challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data retrieval.
• Use Python (or R) for data analysis, automation and scripting.
• Identify trends, patterns and actionable insights from large datasets.
• Support forecasting, segmentation and performance‑analysis projects.
• Validate data quality and improve reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint.
