Data & Analytics Manager – Catering & Retail

About the role

dnata is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead the data, analytics, AI and innovation agenda for its Catering and Retail division. Based in Dubai, you will enable data‑driven decision‑making, operational excellence and business growth across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data, Analytics, AI and Innovation roadmap in partnership with Enterprise Data & Analytics and IT.
• Deliver robust data platforms, automated pipelines, data governance and Master Data Management solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify strategic analytics and AI priorities and translate them into actionable insights.
• Lead the Business Intelligence function, creating dashboards, reports and visualisation tools that support data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor performance of data initiatives, establish KPIs, measure value realisation and promote self‑service analytics.
• Conduct industry, market and competitive intelligence research to strengthen decision support.
• Develop and implement enterprise analytics and AI governance and value frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data and analytics functions in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to drive adoption of analytics solutions.
• Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Experience with Business Intelligence, data governance and master data management concepts.
