Data Centre Strategic Key Accounts Engineer Manager – Middle East

About the role

Eaton is seeking a senior professional to lead its Data Centre Strategic Key Accounts in the Middle East and Emerging Markets. Based in Dubai, you will drive revenue growth by managing relationships with large national and international data centre operators, positioning Eaton as a preferred partner for complex, multi‑country projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities with strategic data centre accounts.
• Collaborate with regional and global account managers, bid teams, business units and marketing to develop winning proposals.
• Execute Eaton’s regional and global data centre strategy at the account level.
• Lead technical and commercial bid responses, oversee tender processes and ensure value‑based propositions.
• Maintain strong external client focus while coordinating internally across functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of proven success in the data centre industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑product, multi‑country projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of data centre solutions and market dynamics.
• Experience with bid management and tender processes.
• Ability to develop and present technical and commercial value propositions.
